Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham are all chasing the signature of Paulo Dybala this summer with the Juventus forward set to become a free agent at the end of the season. The Blues are looking to bolster their attacking threat after another lacklustre season in front of goal and the Argentinian is seen as a potential solution.
Romelu Lukaku was signed during the summer transfer window for £97 million but has only mustered eight Premier League goals this season with Thomas Tuchel once against trailing Manchester City and Liverpool by some distance in the title race. Dybala could represent a bargain when it comes to strengthening this summer.
Chelsea were reportedly offered the opportunity to sign Dybala on a pre-contract agreement in February, along with Arsenal and Spurs, according to 90Min. For now, he remains unattached but did confirm his imminent departure in a recent farewell message on Twitter.

Attention will now turn to his next destination. But Chelsea could hold a crucial advantage over their rivals. Juventus have previously been linked with a move for Christian Pulisic, a player they believe could replace Dybala in Turin, as reported by ESPN. It could therefore be far easier for Chelsea to offer guaranteed game time to the 28-year-old if Pulisic, who is valued at £60 million by the CIES Observatory, is moved to Juventus.
It is something that could also offer Dybala himself peace of mind, knowing he is not leaving his former employers in a dire situation, and compound the league advantage Chelsea already have over their London rivals.
