There could be plenty on their way out too with Antonio Rudiger, Romelu Lukaku and Andreas Christensen already departing.
Today we will have updates on Raheem Sterling, Matthijs de Ligt and Cristiano Ronaldo so with that in mind, football.london brings you the latest from Chelsea in the transfer window.

Raheem Sterling 'agrees personal terms'
football.london understands Chelsea have edged closer to their first summer signing after agreeing personal terms with Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling.
The England international is closing in on a surprise move to Stamford Bridge as Thomas Tuchel looks to strengthen his attack following Romelu Lukaku's return to Inter Milan. Sterling is the club's top transfer target and a deal is very close to being completed.
football.london understands the club want to complete a deal for the 27-year-old by the end of this week before the Blues fly out to America for their pre-season tour, with a fee in the region of £50million being discussed.
Bayern's Ronaldo stance
Chelsea look set to be in 'pole position' to sign Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo this summer should they wish to pursue a deal for the 37-year-old.
football.london understands that Chelsea were recently sounded out over a potential move for the Portuguese superstar, with Ronaldo understood to be unhappy with United's ambition so far this summer.
Bayern Munich director Oliver Kahn has ruled the German giants out of the race to sign the Portugal international, however, suggesting a move for Ronaldo would 'go against the club's philosophy'. Kahn said: “As much as I appreciate Cristiano Ronaldo as one of the greatest players, a move would not fit into our philosophy."
Matheus Nunes links emerge
Reports coming out of Portuguese publication A Bola, via the Express, claimed that Chelsea will look to offer around £39million for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Matheus Nunes, who could be on the move this window.
The west Londoners are reportedly looking to capitalise on the reluctance among potential suitors to table bids, with Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton said to be in the transfer pursuit.
Although early reports of an actual bid being submitted for Nunes might be wide of the mark. Ben Jacobs of CBS reported that the player's agent, Jorge Mendes, has yet to receive any contact from Chelsea. The midfield area is certainly one that could see plenty of change this summer, with both N'Golo Kante and Jorginho heading into the final year of their contracts, whilst Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been linked with a move away.
