Chelsea have fired a three-word response to Leeds United after the Whites were relegated from the Premier League on Sunday. The Blues secured their Premier League safety earlier this month as they finished the campaign with just 44 points - their worst record in the club's history.
Frank Lampard won just one game during his spell as caretaker manager after returning to Stamford Bridge following Graham Potter's dismissal. Mauricio Pochettino has agreed a deal to become Chelsea's new head coach ahead of next season, football.london understands.
The Argentine will hope to make drastic improvements at the club and help the Blues return towards the top of the Premier League table. Leeds were unable to avoid relegation as they fell to a 4-1 defeat against Tottenham at Elland Road on the final day of the 2022/23 campaign as they prepare for a return to the Championship.

Back in August, Leeds claimed a memorable 3-0 victory over Chelsea with the Whites' social media account tweeting: "Life comes at you fast!"
This did not go down well with Blues supporters who ultimately had the last laugh eight months later with Leeds succumbing to relegation. Chelsea's Twitter admin joined in on the mockery by quoting Leeds' tweet from August with the message: "It certainly does."
Whilst it was the perfect response from the west Londoners, many rival fans have criticised Chelsea for mocking the recently relegated side given the Blues have endured one of their worst seasons in history and were even at risk of relegation at one point this term. Pochettino, Todd Boehly and the players will be hoping to avoid a repeat of the 2022/23 campaign and return to challenging for trophies and Champions League qualification next season.
