Chelsea were dealt an early injury blow when Thiago Silva was forced off in the 19th minute during their 2-0 defeat against London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
The 38-year-old went down clutching his knee after his crucial intervention thwarted Harry Kane inside the penalty area. Silva resumed for a brief period, before he was replaced by French defender Wesley Fofana.
The seriousness of his injury is not yet clear, but Chelsea will be made to sweat over his fitness prior to their next Premier League clash against Leeds United next weekend.

Chelsea are winless in their last five league games, and have collected just two wins from their last 15 in the Premier League.
And their misery could have been compounded further had Hakim Ziyech been sent off for pushing Tottenham right-back Emerson Royal in the face. Stuart Atwell initially brandished a red card, before reviewing the incident on the pitch side monitor and downgrading it to just a yellow.
The Moroccan international had a lucky escape, but Chelsea ultimately succumbed to back-to-back defeats courtesy of a stunning strike from Oliver Skipp and an 18th league goal of the season for Harry Kane.
