Chelsea are preparing for another huge summer ahead. Manager Thomas Tuchel is set to make a number of signings as the German coach looks to refresh his squad in the transfer window.
The Blues have already felt the impact of losing duo Andreas Christensen and Antonio Rudiger on free transfers. Add to that the fact Romelu Lukaku has made a return to Inter Milan on loan and more exits are expected, incomings are a must in the coming weeks.
New owner Todd Boehly is said to have offered over £200million for Tuchel to utilise in the transfer market. A number of high-profile players have been linked with a move to west London in a complete overhaul of the team.

With that said, here’s a look at the latest Chelsea transfer rumours surrounding the club.
Barcelona Raphinha blow
Barcelona are close to agreeing a fee for Leeds United winger Raphinha, according to Gerard Romero. Chelsea have been heavily linked with the Brazilian, with reports claiming a deal has already been agreed between clubs, but personal terms have not.
As for the Catalonian side, it appears to be the opposite. Reports state that personal terms have been agreed for some time, but the stumbling block has been an agreement with Leeds.
Raheem Sterling update
Chelsea are in the final stages of talks over a deal for Raheem Sterling, reports CBS reporter Ben Jacobs. The England international is said to be of keen interest to Tuchel for his forward line overhaul.
The fee is said to be similar to Gabriel Jesus’ move to Arsenal, that is reportedly in the region of £45million.
Jules Kounde problem
Chelsea have been linked with a move for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde for over one year now, but a move doesn’t appear to be moving any closer. However, it appears that Barcelona are looking to take advantage of that.
According to Gerard Romero, via Barca Universal, the La Liga side are preparing an offer for the Frenchman with payments in instalments.
