Chelsea crash: Police appeal for witnesses after second man released on bail

Police have issued an appeal for witnesses after a second was released on bail after a woman was killed while walking her three dogs in west London last month.

Met Police officers were called to Cheyne Walk in Chelsea at 6.20am to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian, three golden retriever dogs and an Audi car on May 14.
