Chelsea Football Club seems to have turned into a megastore for teams in the Premier League teams. Whether it's the manager, players, or ex-players: if you want it, Stamford Bridge's catalogue is the spot for you.
In many ways, other clubs cannot be faulted for looking toward Chelsea's past and present assets. They have a habit of letting good things go, in hopes of simply buying a better option. But with a new owner taking over, we have to be stingy and keep our treasures. Especially those that were let go once upon a time. Especially Tammy Abraham.
Romelu Lukaku and Kai Havertz. Star strikers for Chelsea with a combined goal total of 23 in all competitions. Tammy Abraham alone currently has 23. Just let that sink in.

Some may not be interested in surprise comebacks, but Tammy Abraham has proven his critics wrong. Under the wing of Jose Mourinho, the young Englishman has been firing for Roma. He is on track to becoming hot property for the Italians and it won't be too long before clubs come knocking.
In fact, a couple of Premier League clubs are already said to be interested in bringing him back to England this summer. The competition is fierce but surely the Blues cannot allow their rivals to grab this opportunity. Especially with their buy-back clause in place.
According to reports from Il Messaggero, Manchester United and Tottenham are currently eyeing a move for Abraham and would be looking to secure a transfer this summer. Chelsea are also apparently in the race to sign him less than a year after he left, and with their buy-back clause allowing them to sign the striker in 2023 for just £66million.
It's quite laughable that 2023 might be one year too late for the Blues with Manchester City also showing interest in the striker. Though that could be as a back-up option should they be unsuccessful in their bid to sign Erling Haaland.
We just can't seem to catch a break, can we! Not too long ago, Manchester United legends Paul Scholes and Rio Ferdinand spoke of how much they'd fancy Thomas Tuchel to manage their former club. Get the message: he is not for sale!
And Tammy Abraham shouldn't be either - but he is. I sound like a spoilt Chelsea fan trying to get her way at all costs, I know. But I cannot stress how much I'd loathe the idea of a Cobham graduate succeeding for a rival. It's all well and good watching his career blossom in an entirely different league, just not in the Premier League. It's hard enough seeing Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne making their names among the best players in the world.
Timo Werner seems to be coming towards a Chelsea exit after a disappointing two years in west London. Reports from Sports1 suggest he will be seeking a move away from the Bridge this summer and Thomas Tuchel will not stand in his way. Could this open door for a Cobham reunion for Tammy Abraham? Who knows but I would be all here for it! Especially if it means a happy Abraham and a happy Werner - everybody wins.
In a dream world where we see a return of the 24-year-old, there's just one catch. Roma value him at £100million. This means Chelsea will have to pay this price unless, by some miracle, their competition fails to pay the expected fee. I cannot imagine a world where Marina Granovskaia sells a player for £34million, only to buy him back the season after for £100million.
It could be scary hours for the Blues. Chelsea faces the risk of letting Tammy Abraham go and follow the route of Mo Salah. Like the Egyptian, Abraham joined Roma at 23. Salah rejoined the Premier League at 25 and went on to become one of the best players in the world playing for Liverpool. If Abraham is to take the Salah route but return to Chelsea instead, who knows how high his ceiling will be.
