Amateur chef Brooklyn Beckham has been called out by fans for presenting an “undercooked” pizza in his latest video shared on Instagram.
The 23-year-old regularly uploads clips of himself preparing dishes on social media for his followers to enjoy, however they were left unimpressed at seeing the cook’s newest meal.
Brooklyn was seen in the video making a pizza from scratch, starting off with mixing flour and olive oil to make the dough, before flattening it out with a roll and applying a tomato sauce base, along with cheese and mushrooms to finish.
The eldest Beckham boy captioned the clip “Fresh pizza” – and it appeared the dish was perhaps too fresh, as fans pointed out it looked undercooked in the comment section.
One person wrote: "Is your base sauce seriously tinned tomatoes and raw garlic?!"
A second said: "Undercooked”, as another added harshly: “Don’t quit your day job.”
"Terrible looking pizza," responded one user, as a fifth said: "Just a cook, not a chef".
Despite the tough criticism, Brooklyn’s wife Nicola Peltz, 27, showed support for her spouse, as she commented with several love heart face emojis.
Brooklyn’s decidedly poor-looking pizza comes after he was mocked by Tik Tok star Daniel Mac, 24, for his career, after he was seen behind the wheel of his £1 million McLaren P1 car in Rodeo Drive in California.
Mac’s popular videos usually see him asking people in high-earning industries like finance and tech about their jobs, and this time, Brooklyn happened to be the person being questioned.
When asked by Mac ‘what he did for a living?’ as he coplimented his car, cook enthusiast Brooklyn said: "Oh my god, I know you”, before adding: Um, I’m a chef."
Mac then asked: "Are you like the best chef in the world?" Brooklyn replied: "Trying to be.”
The now-viral video has received chuckled reactions from fans, as one person wrote: “What do you do for a living? ‘My parents are rich so I just kinda vibe.’”
A second said: “Not him pretending being a chef got him that car…Brooklyn, please”, as another joked: “What do you do for a living? - I was born.”
A fourth added: “Chef he meant to say daddy’s money. The guy has never worked a shift in a restaurant in his life.”
