Cheeky Royal Family fan who invited King Charles for pint extends offer to Prince William

A royal fan who asked King Charles if he wanted to go for a pint has now invited Prince William to join him for a boozy sit-down.

Daniel Walker was filmed asking William the same question today during the heir's visit to Birmingham.

The hilarious clip showed Daniel waiting outside Indian Streatery, based in Bennetts Hill, along with thousands of others hoping to catch a glimpse of William and Kate. The royal couple were in the city to speak with future leaders in creative industries.

Daniel decided to pop the all-important question after Prince William left the restaurant where he had been making roti and taking customer bookings.

Similar to how he approached his dad, Daniel shouted: "William? William? Can we go for a pint?".

William, laughing along with the crowd, responded in good humour by saying "of course" before walking towards his Land Rover.

Daniel previously asked Charles for a pint to which the King responded saying "where" (Daniel Walker)

Daniel, 33, told Birmingham Live: "It was perfect - it felt like he knew who I was from the Charles video.

"I also spoke to Kate. I asked her to ask Charles if we could go for that pint. She laughed and said 'I sure will'. She's so beautiful."

Daniel, who works for E-liquids.com, found internet fame when he asked King Charles to join him at Albert's Schloss.

Charles was visiting Birmingham ahead of the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony.

Daniel also got to chat to Kate and said the Princess of Wales was "so beautiful" (Daniel Walker)

In the funny clip, Daniel was heard shouting: "Charles, Charles, do you want to go for a beer?" over a curious crowd. In jest, King Charles responded "where?' while laughing along.

At the time, Daniel said: "I would absolutely love the opportunity to have a pint with the King."
