An award-winning Ayrshire boozer has hit the back of the net with a cheeky advert featuring one of the region's non-league football clubs.
Popular pub The Buf in Prestwick is one of the sponsors at West of Scotland League Conference A side Craigmark Burntonians.
And they are playing it for laughs this season with the signage installed at the club's Station Park ground in Dalmellington.
Showing its support with a mischievous smile, the wording on the seaside venue's advertising board reads: 'Craigmark boys do it in The Buf'.
The naked ambition this term of Craigmark has certainly caught the eye with the team vying for a place in next season's First Division under rookie player/manager Ryan Caddis.
However, it remains to be seen whether or not they will be caught with their shorts down when it comes to the top four placings finally being decided.
The Buf had something to celebrate themselves last September when it bounced back from Covid to be named Scotland's best beer garden at the Dram Awards.
Connor Kelly, The Buf's marketing manager, said the prize put the venue on the map and added at the time: "We are so proud of it. We have been through quite a lot — there has been some difficult periods."
