This tiny south Dublin cottage has a shockingly large price tag despite its small size.
The Rathmines property, which measures around 27.87 sqm overall, is even smaller than Dublin's Skinniest House, measuring 34 sqm, off Camden Street that was on the market a few years ago. Even so, the mini-cottage is currently on sale for a whopping €350,000.
In other words, 6 Gulistan Cottages is up on the market for "a lovely €12,500/sqm", according to Crazy House Prices on Twitter who slammed the price as "outrageous". The Dublin 6 property originally had two bedrooms but one was converted into a shower room.

The property is weirdly-shaped and has the narrowest kitchen we've ever seen. Overall, it consists of an entrance porch, one bedroom, a kitchenette, a living room, a shower room, and a rear courtyard. MyHome.ie describes the property as "full of character and charm".
The listing goes on to say the cottage comes with a yard "which would allow more space to redesign, open and extend the accommodation into". You can view the full listing on MyHome.ie.
