The warlord leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has sparked controversy by mounting a machine gun on a Tesla Cybertruck, claiming he plans to send it to Russian forces on the battlefields in Ukraine. The situation unfolded when Kadyrov published a video of himself driving the modified vehicle, initially stating it was a gift from Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla.
However, Musk later refuted the claim, denying any involvement in providing the Cybertruck to Kadyrov. The video showed Kadyrov driving the vehicle through an empty square in Grozny, Chechnya's capital, before standing behind the mounted machine gun with an ammunition belt around his neck.
