Drivers across Scotland are continuing to face the pressure of rising costs, as the price of petrol has soared once again.
On Tuesday, it was reported that the price of petrol had seen jumped by 2p a litre - making it the biggest daily jump in 17 years.
The latest data from The RAC has shown that the price for a litre of unleaded petrol has soared to an average UK price of 182.31. The cost of diesel has also increased to 193.17.
Prices are likely to continue increasing as a knock-on effect from Russia's ongoing invasion of Ukraine. The latest increases have been reported to be due to the temporary ban on Russian imported oil.
It is the latest surge in prices, with increases in household energy bills and supermarket prices following the current cost of living crisis.
To help with the rising costs, The Daily Record has compiled a comprehensive list of the petrol stations offering the cheapest petrol prices in each major city.
We have compiled the list with five of the cheapest prices for both unleaded and diesel based on the current prices as of writing them (Thursday, June 9) from PetrolPrices.com, though they may vary from time to time.
