Bargain hunters are set to do battle for Ayrshire's cheapest home when it goes under the hammer.
The flat, listed on property website Rightmove, is up for sale at auction at a starting bid of just £20,000.
And for those looking for room with a view, it's just a stone's throw away from the waters of Girvan beach.
