Cheapest home for sale in every Greater Manchester borough - with prices as low as £47,000

House prices are at an all-time high, and coupled with the cost of living crisis, now is an increasingly difficult time to buy. First-time buyers looking to get on the property ladder are now facing an even bigger challenge as demand continues to outweigh supply, meaning that any homes that do become available are being snapped up quickly.

However, the good news for house hunters is that there are some bargain homes on the market in Greater Manchester at the moment, with at least one property in each borough selling for much less than the region's average house price of £244,236.

With prices ranging from as low as £47,500 to £170,000, the majority of these cheap homes need some time, effort and money putting into refurbishing them - but they promise to be someone's ideal home once complete. Some of these properties are being sold via an online auction, so you'll have to act fast if you want to snap one of them up.
