Cheapest Glasgow Airport November flights under £40 including Spain and Italy

Now that we're in the peak of autumn, and winter is just around the corner, it is the perfect time to book a city break.

There are destinations all over the world that you can fly to from Glasgow Airport. However, with many households struggling amid the cost of living crisis, international travel is unaffordable for many.

Luckily, there are a number of popular holiday hotspots that you can fly to direct from Glasgow for a bargain price. From Belgium to Spain to Italy, there are countless European destinations that are easily accessible at a low cost.

To help you plan that much-needed November getaway, Glasgow Live took to Skyscanner to round up all of the return flights that can be booked for under £40.

Belgium

For just £16 for a return flights from Glasgow, Brussels is the cheapest destination on this list. Known for its delicious cuisine — in particular its chocolate, beer and pommes frites — and rich culture, it could make for a perfect city break this autumn.

Germany

You can jet off to Frankfurt for just £35 this November, meaning it's the perfect time to check out the German city. The bustling city has countless things to do, from the Stadel Museum to the gorgeous Palm Gardens.

Spain

If it's somewhere a bit hotter you're after, then you'll be pleased to know you can fly to multiple Spanish destinations for under £40. Return flights to Malaga, Alicante, Santander, and Gran Canaria can be nabbed for £35, £37, £37, and £39 respectively.

Poland

Meanwhile, if you're looking to head somewhere a bit more wintery as Christmas approaches, then Krakow could be for you. Among the most popular sights are the Rynek Glowny Central Square and St Mary's Basilica.

Italy

You can jet off to Milan for £40 this November, which is still a bargain price considering all the city has to offer. Make sure you check out the Milan Cathedral, The Last Supper mural, and the Castello Sforzesco.
