Cheapest Glasgow Airport June flights for under £30 including Spain and Belgium

With the summer officially here, people around Scotland are finally heading out on holidays that they've been looking forward to for months.

While booking a trip far in advance is often the best way to get a good deal, sometimes to opposite is true.

To prove that last-minute holidays can be done for cheap, we took to Skyscanner to investigate the cheapest destinations this month.

If you're after some sun, or even just want to explore a new city and aren't fussed about the temperature, you may be surprised at the options available.

Here is a roundup of the places in Europe you can book return flights to for under £30 this June.

Brussels, Belgium

You can head to Brussels this month for as little as £11 if you book now — the cheapest destination on this list. Considering it's a capital, that's a pretty great deal. It's also not likely to last long, so get on it as soon as possible if you want to check out sights such as the Grand Place and Les Musee des Beaux-Arts d'Ixelles.

Nowy Dwor Mazowiecki, Poland

You might not have heard of this town in Poland, but if you're after a slightly quieter and more historical holiday this month then it could be perfect. Make sure you check out the Modlin Fortress, one of the largest 19th-century fortresses in Poland. Prices for a return flight from Glasgow start at just £13.

Wroclaw, Poland

The second Polish destination on this roundup is slightly more well-known, and probably more suited to those wanting a city break. With flights starting from just £25, you can check out its stunning historic Old Town and its medieval Market Square.

Dublin, Ireland

If you're after a holiday a bit closer to home, you can book return flights to Dublin this month for only £18. While there's plenty to see and do in the Irish capital, you can't visit without checking out the Jameson Distillery Bow St and Irish Whiskey Museum.

Palma, Spain

The last two destinations on this list offer something more sunny and bright, which may well be what you're after this summer. Palma can be booked for £26, and considering temperatures are set to remain at around 30 degrees Celsius for the rest of the month, that's a pretty good deal.

Faro, Portugal

The forecast looks similar in Faro — where flights are currently available for as little £27 — and the city offers plenty else to see and do. With its quaint buildings and Catholic churches surrounded by cafes, Old Town Faro is a must-see, but really you can't go wrong.
