Cheapest detached homes for sale in Liverpool

The ECHO has taken a look inside some of the cheapest detached properties on the market in Liverpool right now.

Detached homes have a number of positives compared to their semi-detached and terraced counterparts. They offer seclusion from neighbours, and are usually more generous when it comes to living space.

However, houses of this type can sometimes have a higher price tag. The ECHO has taken a look at some of the cheapest currently up for grabs in the city.

One of the lowest priced detached properties available right now is located on Marlborough Road, just off West Derby Road, in Tuebrook . It's on the market for £125,000.
