Sunday morning saw the website crash as more than 187,000 people rushed to try and buy the affordable dupe that’s set to save hundreds of pounds on energy bills.
It comes as many Brits are turning to the energy-efficient, low-cost ovens as energy prices continue to skyrocket, with them costing much less money to run than traditional gas and electric ovens.
The Aldi dupe was priced at £89.99 each , and it’s one of the cheapest devices we’ve seen for a dual basket 8l gadget - so it’s no surprise that they sold out in minutes.
