The exciting street food vendors taking over the former Julie's Kopitiam site in Shawlands have revealed their menu and confirmed the opening date of their exciting new eatery.
Thai street food specialists Chawp Pet Noi recently announced they'd be taking over the southside spot left by TV chef Julie Lin after she announced she was closing her Kopitiam to focus on her Partick restaurant GaGa.
They've now confirmed they will be having a soft opening on April 6 and shared the exciting menu people can expect.
The street food team added that they are "very excited" about the opportunity and are looking forward to offering "authentic Thai street food, decent music, lots of plants and copious amounts of chillies."

Posting on social media they wrote: "Here is our finalised menu for launch, we also have a vegan/gluten free menu in the works. Soft launch on April 6 where we will only be doing eat in or collections until we find our feet in the new venue.
"Delivery will be on the cards a few weeks down the line once our APP and website integration goes live."
They shared images of the new menu which features starters such as Tod Man Khao Pod, a Bangkok street-style sweetcorn fritter and the Isnaan Som Tan, a dried shrimp, snake bean and chill salad, as well as mains such as beef massaman, six hour slow cooked beef curry, and Moo Grob Makham, crispy fried pork belly.
We can't wait to try them out.
