Chase Young's visit with the Saints is happening today, I'm told. The pass rusher had to reschedule it last week, but he is at the facility today.

The free agency buzz around Chase Young got very quiet recently. Young was supposed to visit with the New Orleans Saints after his meeting with the Carolina Panthers but before his meeting with the Tennessee Titans. After leaving Carolina without a contract, Young rescheduled his visit to New Orleans that was originally set for last Friday.
When a free agent reschedules his visit, it can feel more like a cancellation until proven otherwise. But in this case, the former Washington Commanders and San Francisco 49er defensive end didn’t cancel the Saints’ visit because he had another suitor. He arrived at the Saints facility on Monday afternoon.
The Saints have a big hole at defensive end. Young comes in with a high ceiling that has yet to be met, partially due to health. This is a perfect setup for a prove-it deal, possibly laced with health and performance incentives. The Saints have the need. Young has the right blend of talent and value. New Orleans would be wise to keep him from leaving the building.
