Animal welfare experts are appealing for a home for Chase, a joyful three-year-old German Shepherd Crossbreed currently staying in foster care through Dogs Trust West Calder.
His carers say Chase is a bundle of fun who always greets his friends with a waggy tail.
He is happiest when playing with his toys and loves spending time in the garden where he can fetch his squeaky ball.
A spokeswoman for Dogs Trust said: “Chase is a clever dog who will sit nicely while waiting for his toys to be thrown and enjoys learning new tricks.
“He looks forward to his daily walks where he can explore new sights and smells.
“He likes hopping in the car to go on new adventures. Chase is a very loving boy. At the end of a busy day, he enjoys cuddling up in a cosy bed where he can enjoy a gentle scratch.
“Chase is an energetic boy who would like to live with an active family who can take him on fun walks and spend lots of quality time with him. His ideal new family would be familiar with larger breeds and feel confident managing his strength when out walking.
“Chase would be an excellent companion for a fun-loving family who enjoy outdoor adventures.”
