Charlotte Dawson wowed in a zesty orange outfit as she enjoyed a day out with her mum at Haydock Park Races. Mum-of-one Charlotte, the daughter of the late Manchester comedian Les Dawson, wore a bold wide-legged jumpsuit and matching hat for the Betfred Rose Of Lancaster Stakes Ladies Day as she delightedly posed alongside her equally stunning mum Tracy, 71, who also donned a fruity palette of oranges and pinks.
The ladies were in Merseyside with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra's fashion brand Forever Unique. It came after Charlotte spoke of her pride in Tracy for fighting back after both had to overhaul their lifestyles following diabetes scares. Last week Charlotte, 29, told how her mum has shrunk from a size 22 to a size 14 to 16.
She wrote on her Instagram: "Appreciation post to my beautiful mama @tracydawsonx always my inspiration ... my dad would be so proud of you." She added: "I love the journey we have both been on, together we did it... we fought our diabetes scare and smashed our goals, changed our lifestyles."

Charlotte, who lost more than three stone with her Belleh Blasters fitness programme, continued: "She just looks INSANE.. but she feels even better inside!! She feels like a new woman & is so fitter running around after all her grandkids especially Noah... and her confidence just keeps shining and for this I feel SO proud and happy that beautiful mummy is healthy and so much happier on the inside & outside. She’s gone from a size 22 to a 14-16 incredible, let’s all give my mama the praise she deserves."
Charlotte gushed on her Instagram that she was 'obsessed with my outfit' and described herself comically as a 'stylish satsuma.' And she got along famously at the event with former Coronation Street star Faye Brookes.
In a video shared on her Instagram Stories the pair laughed and joked together as Charlotte told the stage and screen star: "We're like a walking stage show me and you."
Fans will be pleased to see Charlotte, who welcomed a son Noah last January with her fiancé Matthew Sarsfield, on top form at the races after she recently opened up about her online trolling ordeal. She was inundated with support after she told about being 'targeted' on social media in an emotional video on Instagram.
She broke down in tears as she revealed she's been viciously trolled by someone who anonymously reported her to social services with false claims. The former Ex On The Beach star said she's been 'going through hell' because of one person.
"I've had this one person for a while now, probably like a year, maybe two years constantly stalking me, sending me messages all the time, nasty messages every single day about, you know, the way I look, what I'm doing, how I'm parenting, you know, what me and Matthew are doing," she said.
"Even my sister who lost her husband who tragically killed himself, she gets messages about, about him, about what she's doing. My mum gets messages, I get messages about my dad's side of the family, nasty messages about everything that you could imagine. There's just no need and people know absolutely nothing about."
Charlotte shared upsetting details about how she is being targeted including how the individual constantly sets up new accounts with various different images as the profile photographs including of her late father and his ex wife Meg. She also said the trolling has made her consider quitting social media altogether.
"So this is meant to be a place where I work, I talk to you all, I show you all my life, I open up to all of you and obviously that is that is what I do," she continued. "I love doing it. I've been doing it for a few years. I love being on TV. I love being on stage. I'm just that type of character but when you get this type of trolling, it really does knock you and it makes you not want to be on Instagram anymore. It makes it a horrible place," she said.
Charlotte got particularly upset when she revealed an anonymous phone call had been made to social services with false claims about her parenting. She wrote alongside the video: "As new parents trying there absolute hardest to be the best we can be for our son we don’t need evil things like this coming in our way. This is just too far now. Not letting this weirdo or weirdos win anymore."
