Charlotte Dawson has slammed online users who claimed she faked her pregnancy in a bid to get attention.

The reality TV star, 29, tragically revealed she had suffered a miscarriage earlier in the week after discovering she was pregnant on Mother's Day.

She confirmed the heartbreaking news on her Instagram account after previously saying she was taking a break from social media following "some awful news"
