Charlotte Dawson has joined a host of stars paying their respects to Queen Elizabeth II who sadly passed away on Thursday aged 96. Charlotte, the daughter of the late Manchester comedian Les Dawson, is among the celebs lucky enough to have met the monarch who served 70 years on the throne.
Following the news of her death the 29-year-old reality star dug out a photo of herself taken during the sovereign's Golden Jubillee visit to Preston in 2002. The super-sweet snap shows Charlotte, with braided hair and wearing a smart blazer and tie, waiting to present Her Majesty with a bouquet of flowers.
Posting the photo taken for a newspaper on her Instagram mum-of-one Charlotte says she will be getting the original copy framed to show to her son Noah, who she welcomed in January 2021 with her fiance Matthew Sarsfield.
