Charlotte Crosby fires TOWIE warning to cast over treatment of Sophie Kasaei

Charlotte Crosby has issued a warning to the cast of The Only Way Is Essex, after her friend and Geordie Shore co-star Sophie Kasaei's arrival on the show was greeted with some frostiness.

Having been in a relationship with TOWIE cast member Jordan Brook since the end of last year, it looked likely that Sophie could join him on the programme, which has been keeping fans hooked since its debut back in 2019.

And, after quite of speculation, it was confirmed last month that Sophie had started filming with the rest of the TOWIE cast. ITVBe viewers got their first look at Sophie in action alongside Jordan, when the show kicked off its 31st series last weekend. There was some definite tension as the couple were the surprise guests at a house warming party thrown by long-standing regulars Amber Turner and Dan Edgar.

The problem lied with the fact that Jordan's ex and co-star Chloe Brockett was also there, after months of bad mouthing him and having digs at his personality, appearance and singing abilities. After Sophie and Jordan walked in, Chloe was overheard saying it was like "Jordan and Peter Andre had rocked up."

As she prepared to watch close friend and Geordie Shore co-star Sophie's first episode of TOWIE, Charlotte took to Instagram to write: "My two absolute faves. I haven’t watched this ep yet. But let me assure you I better not see nobody on this show bad mouthing either of my friends. I will not be happy. Two most perfect people.”

Earlier in the episode had even aired, Chloe had another dig at Jordan, saying: "I have seen small snippets - it's a quick transition, that's all I'm saying.

"He loved Ella, he loved me, he loved Ella again and now he loves Sophie."
