The King has honoured his “darling Mama” in a video message on what would have been her 100th birthday.
In his tribute to the nation’s longest-reigning monarch, Charles described how “she remained constant, steadfast and wholly devoted to the people she served” and acknowledged the many challenges and issues nationally and across the globe that would likely have "troubled her deeply" as he renewed his “own solemn pledge of duty and service to you all”.
