A stunning three-bedroom Dublin townhouse worth over €400,000 is being raffled off by animal welfare charity My Lovely Horse Rescue.
The home is located in the Royal Canal Park in Ashtown and the draw will take place on July 28. Tickets are just €23 - less than your weekend takeaway.
Sales are capped at just 40,000 tickets. If less than 32,000 tickets are sold, the winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of the ticket revenue and My Lovely Horse Rescue will keep the remaining balance.

My Lovely Horse Rescue co-founder Martina Kenny told Dublin Live about the "amazing opportunity". She said: "We saw these raffle things going on and they're a great way for charities to raise money, but the problem was we couldn't afford to buy a house.
"So one of our volunteers said we could put his house up and if we sold the amount of tickets and covered the value of the house, he would let the house go and he would pay all of the legal fees.
"The person would literally get the key to the house, the deed and that's it. They would have no other fees.
"It's an amazing opportunity and if the minimum 32,000 tickets are sold, we would get a €200,000 donation. That would do so much for us right now. At the moment we have €106,000 in debt of just bills, so vet bills, feed bills and so on, so that alone would pay that off.
"We need eight new stables, now I know that money wouldn't go that far, but it would get us on the road to getting those things we need."
If the minimum number of 32,000 tickets are not sold by July 28, the volunteer will keep his house and the winner and My Lovely Horse Rescue will split the cash raised.
"One way or another, if not all of the tickets go, we still get a really lovely cash prize and so does the winner," Martina said. "I think the winner could get about €100,000 at the moment.
"Everybody is a winner because the volunteer will just keep his house and both us and the winner will split the money raised. It works out well for everybody."
Martina said the house is "well maintained" and "in a nice area". She continued: "I've been in the house and it's amazing, it's gorgeous. Rent is so high in Dublin so it is an amazing opportunity.
"It's a three bedroom house only 10-15 minutes on a bus from the city centre. It's in a really nice area and it's well-maintained and well looked after. It's a great prize."
