A festival weekend in São Paulo took a distressing turn for Flamengo footballer Jorginho Frello following an altercation with a pop star's security detail. The athlete publicly accused the entourage of singer Chappell Roan of aggressive behaviour toward his wife and 11-year-old daughter during breakfast on 21 March.
The incident occurred at a hotel where both the musician and the footballer's family were staying for Lollapalooza Brasil. According to the sports star, his young daughter merely walked past the performer's table to verify her identity. This allegedly provoked a disproportionate reaction from the security personnel.
