Another top operative for the "Chapitos," a faction of the Sinaloa cartel, has been arrested as the offensive against the criminal organization continues.

This time it was the turn of Luis Alfonso Lopez Reatiga, also known as "El Toner," who worked as a security chief for the Sinaloa cartel faction led by Ivan Archivaldo Guzman Salazar, son of "El Chapo" Guzman and engaged in a bloody turf war with "La Mayiza," which answers to Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada.
