Channel 4 viewers have been left by heartbroken by tonight's Nikki Grahame documentary.
The Big Brother star tragically struggled with an eating disorder since the age of eight and was admitted to over 17 institutions over the years to get treatment, but when the lockdown was imposed in 2020, her condition worsened.
She became very unwell and heavily underweight, and sadly died just a year later aged 38 in April 2021.
Tonight, Channel 4 aired a documentary - titled Nikki Grahame: Who Is She? - about Nikki's battle with anorexia, as her mum and friends pay tribute to the incredible bravery of the Big Brother star.
Viewers tuning into the programme admitted they were in tears as they struggled to watch the heartbreaking documentary.
"I am actually in tears watching this #nikkigrahame," one wrote, as another added: " #NikkiGrahame oh this is hard to watch my heart breaks for her poor mum. She was by far the biggest star and most memorable character to ever enter big brother."
A third shared: "This #nikkigrahame #whoisshe documentary is actually so sad to see what she went through and how she felt."
"Now i'm crying. So heartbreaking. #nikkigrahame," another penned, as a fifth wrote: "This #NikkiGrahame documentary. I hope she knew how loved she was, because she really was! A true reality TV icon who is very much missed."

Another added: "I'm Watching #nikkigrahame documentary on TV. It is so heartbreaking and I could really cry. I still can't believe she isn't here on earth anymore. I met her a few years ago at an event and I just wanted to hug her and take her home with me."
In the documentary, Nikki's mum Sue heartbreakingly revealed that Nikki died cuddling her Pingu toy.
"When I come here and stay in her flat, I sleep here on this bit in her bed, cuddling Pingu, who actually she was cuddling when she died," she said as she filmed in Nikki's apartment and remembered her daughter.
"I cuddle him every night now because it brings me a little closer to Nikki. And I hang [Nikki's NTAs dress on cupboard door], so I go to sleep with one last look at it and when I wake up, there it is. It is so special to me."
