Channel 4's Hullraisers' hidden Leeds link

Channel 4 Hull Leeds

Channel 4's Hullraisers is set to air and while it's already a Yorkshire special, it has a hidden Leeds link too.

Hullraisers follows the ups and downs of three Hull women and stars Leah Brotherhead, Taj Atwal and Sinead Matthews. Focusing on best friends Toni, Rana and Paula, the episodes run for half an hour and there are six of them, which will see viewers share the "dishevelled, messy and joyful lives” of the characters.

The audience will be pleased to know that the filming did take place in Hull using a Yorkshire crew but it was filmed in Leeds too.
