Ben Hillman was taken aback while looking at properties on today's A Place in the Sun.
The Channel 4 host showed Gary and Jennifer around potential new holiday homes. They planned to start a new chapter in their lives near the Spanish town of Vera.
They wanted a one or two bedroom apartment, not far from the beach. They hoped for an outdoor terrace where they could enjoy the sunshine.

In between showing the potential buyers around some fantastic homes, Ben went to visit one of the most luxurious properties in the region. He visited a home that was built overlooking the Mediterranean sea.
The four-bedroom house was built so that the focus was on the stunning views that surrounded it. It featured a beautifully blue infinity swimming pool that was perfect to watch the sunset in.
Standing in the lounge, looking out on the breath-taking landscapes, Ben said: "Oh my word. It's epic. Sorry I just need a moment to take it all in. That is one heck of a view."
The rooms were bright and airy and featured huge windows showing off the extensive views. Ben said: "Wow, if I had a bed like that I would never get out of it!"
