A buyer on A Place in the Sun surprised the host with an excellent reaction on today's show.
Lee Juggurnauth was helping Mark and Prriya look for their dream holiday home on the Channel 4 show. They hoped to buy a property in Crete, Greece, with a budget of £300,000.
The business owners wanted somewhere to relax away from their busy London lives. They hoped for a minimum of three bedrooms to fit their large family in, and ideally wanted a swimming pool too.

Mark said the area the property was in and the view from their holiday home were very important to him. He wanted a more modern home rather than rustic.
The second house that was shown to the couple had them speechless. It was a stone house with extraordinary views and four bedrooms for £336,000.
Walking up the stairs and out onto the veranda, Mark and Prriya were astounded. Mark said: "This is breathtaking."
He added: "This setting in the hills, with this lush verdant landscape that I did not expect in Crete. This seems almost like tropical."
Sending the couple off to explore the rest of the property, Lee said: "I mean, I couldn't have asked for a better reaction. The combination of nature and the character of this property might just have won them over."
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
