A Place in the Sun host Danni Menzies came up trumps for one couple during Thursday's instalment of the Channel 4 show.
Recently retired Clover and Mark had decided it was time to find a new home in Axarquia in Andalucia. With a budget of £300,000, the couple wanted a house that works for them and will allow their grown-up children to visit often, too.
As they started their search for a three-bedroom property, things were off to a relatively good start as Danni began showing the pair a number of villas with their own private pools.

However, when it came to property number four, Clover was clearly not impressed. On seeing the area, Mark said the location was "almost too appealing".
But once they were inside, Clover dismissed the home as "okay". She added: "It's a bit... round and about. It's not as pristine [as the others]. It needs maintenance".
Thankfully, Danni was onto a winner with the fifth and final villa. The two-bedroom home had lots of space with three terraces, a large garden and a pool.
After much deliberation, Clover and Mark decided to put in an offer - at over £40,000 less than the vendor’s original £324,000 asking price. Viewers at home were shocked at the move.
Taking to Twitter, Lydia said: "That's a bit cheeky isn't it?", while Bob S questioned host Danni calling it a "fair offer". Shrimpsy said: "50k under? [shocked face emoji]"
After some tough negotiations with the vendor, the pair bagged their dream home for exactly £300,000.
