After weeks of baking challenges that would push most of us to the limit, the Great British Bake Off crowned its 2022 winner. On Tuesday night (November 15), fans of the hit Channel 4 show settled down for the final time this series as Sandro Farmhouse, Syabira Yusoff and Abdul Rehman Sharif faced their last three challenges.
The trio were back in the famous tent and showed that there were no hard feelings before the last part of the baking competition got underway as they had a group hug before embarking on their final bakes of the series, from which co-presenter Noel Fielding was absent.
Fans of The Great British Bake Off were disappointed as the final got underway as The Mighty Boosh star Noel missed the signature bake and technical challenge, leaving co-presenter Matt Lucas to present the much-loved baking battle alone. At the start of the episode Matt explained that Noel wasn't feeling well.
