The Malone family have issued a heartfelt statement following the death of beloved family dog Lucy.
Fans of the Gogglebox clan were quick to offer their support on social media after they made the announcement, saying the Rottweiler was 'reunited with her sister Izzey'.
Fans of the hit Channel 4 show have got to know the family's four Rottweilers during their time on the show, as they entertained viewers alongside their human TV critics.
Following the outpouring of well wishes, The Malones posted a statement on their official Instagram page.
They said: "Heartfelt thanks for all your kind comments , they mean a lot.
"We were so privileged to have Lucy and her sister Izzy. The house just doesn't seem the same."
Viewers' sympathies have continued to be expressed following the statement.
One fan wrote on the Instagram post: "Sending you all so much love at this very sad time, they become part of our family and not just pets. Massive hugs xxx"
Another added: "So sad. Dave will be wondering where she is."
