Channel 4 is creating a show to rival Love Island, according to reports.
The ITV2 show is a jewel in the broadcaster's crown and it appears Channel 4 wants a slice of the action.
With a working title of Finding The Ones, the new show is said to feature a group of singletons, who move in together looking for love.
Casting for the summer series is reportedly underway as bosses try and find the next Kai and Sanam, who won Winter Love Island this year.
The casting call says the show will explore a new way of dating, and filming for the pilot will take place over two days in May.
Love Island currently airs twice times a year, but the next series will have wrapped before Finding the Ones is tipped to start, reports The Sun.
The Mirror has contacted Channel 4 for comment.
Davina McCall was recently announced as the host of The Romance Retreat, which will see a group of single parents looking for love in a 'middle-aged version' of Love Island.
In a clip posted on Instagram, the mum-of-three said: "I manifested and I made it happen. I willed there to be an amazing new dating programme for grown-ups, people who have lived a life, who have been through experiences, bad, moving, they've had tough lives.
"They've got luggage but they deserve love and it's happening. It's coming to ITV soon.
"This is a show for single parents who have lived a life , have stories to tell about their dating pasts and deserve another chance at love and I’m gonna help you.
"It will all take place in the most romantic countryside location!"
Fans of Davina went into meltdown over the news, with one tweeting excitedly: "Oh my god, you really are a power house. I was listening to you talking to Steven Bartlett about this thinking what a good idea. Your such an inspiration. Go get em Davina !!
"It's going to be amazing!"
Regarding casting, an ITV spokesperson said in January: "ITV1 are looking for vibrant single parents from across the UK who are in search of love, for a brand new dating show!
"This is the ONLY dating show where single parents can search for love, by spending time in a luxury retreat, where all the parents have been nominated by their grown up children."
The show is set to launch later this year on ITV1 and ITVX.
