A Place in the Sun presenter Craig Rowe squirmed after potential buyers spotted a glaring "problem" during Friday's episode.
The issue shut down any chance of Alistair and Jennifer putting in an offer on the two-bedroom townhouse in Mijas la Nueva on Spain's Costa del Sol. The couple had a maximum budget of £225,000 and were looking for a holiday home with enough room for the entire family.
And things were off to a good start with property number one. Craig showed them the townhouse, which came with two communal pools, a terrace with mountain views, and a garden.

Before they had even stepped foot inside, the couple appeared to love the place, despite it only having two bedrooms. But things soon changed when they stepped inside.
Alistair told Craig: "You have given us a problem". Jennifer added: "It is nice downstairs, but upstairs is a little bit tight on space inside."
Craig admitted he had thought the space might have ended up "being a dilemma".
As the episode continued, Craig had four more properties to try and wow Alistair and Jennifer with but he was unlucky. When it came to decision time the couple said they weren't sold on any of the five homes.
They explained to Craig they were going to fly out to Spain in another two weeks to keep searching for their perfect property.
A Place in the Sun airs weekdays at 3pm on Channel 4 and All 4
