A Place in the Sun host Jean Johannson struggled to impress her potential buyers during Tuesday's episode of the property-hunting show.
Jean was on hand to help Julie and Derek find a two-bedroom house that could one day become their forever home in the South of France. They were looking for somewhere "shabby chic" that also had outdoor space to start an alpaca walking business.
With a budget of £130,000, Jean found five properties to show the couple. But things were off to a rocky start.

The first offering, a four-bedroom townhouse on the market for just under £135,000, was written off almost immediately. Derek said he hated the "80s-style" cladding, and Julie said there was far too much work to be done.
A gutted Jean said: "I try to get off to a good start but I'll have to improve". Julie replied: "You've got a long way to go, this was very low [start]".
Thankfully, property number two was much better. Julie and Derek seemed to be impressed by the five-bedroom house with huge outdoor space, a stream at the bottom of the garden, and a separate kitchen. On the market for just over £130,000, the pair said it was a definite contender.
Sadly for Jean, her good luck wasn't to continue. Julie said she felt like she had "walked into her granny's house" when she entered the third property. The five-bedroom house with wraparound garden was immediately dismissed by the pair.
Julie said: "You've gone from zero to hero, back to zero again". Viewers at home picked up on the comments, and took to Twitter to have their say.
Emma said: "'You've got a long way to go', 'you've gone from hero to zero', Julie is savage #APlaceintheSun". Albi said: "Zero to hero back to zero, Julie is brutal". Lesley said: "I actually think it's quite nice".
