A Place in the Sun host Ben Hillman was left looking weary after he failed to impress potential buyers with a single property during Tuesday's show.
The Channel 4 programme was back for its second instalment of the week, with property expert Ben on hand to assist retired NHS workers Rachel and John who were looking for their perfect holiday home in Oliva on the stunning Valencian coastline.
With a tight budget of £100,000, they wanted a home with a garden and space for their bikes, and room for their grown-up children to visit. But as the search got underway, they were consistently disappointed.

Property number one was a three-bedroom townhouse in the old town. On the market for just over £80,000, the couple were initially eager but were put off by the "small" kitchen. They also said the bedrooms "wasted too much space".
The home was immediately ruled out, before John and Rachel then viewed a house they also found to be too small. They also said they wanted to be closer to the countryside.
Property number three had three bedrooms and was located in the countryside, but John said it was too far from the coast. He added: "What we've seen so far has been ultra town and ultra country, we could do with something between the two".
The fourth home was also too small, and surprisingly, property number five - a two-bedroom apartment in the Old Town, was too big. As the couple said they wanted be putting in any offers, Ben said he had been "pulled in different directions" over what they wanted.
John and Rachel said they would continue their search without Ben's help.
