A Place in the Sun's Laura Hamilton was disappointed as her buyers refused to even enter a potential property during Monday's episode.
Laura was on hand to help Janine and Mark, who were looking for a holiday home the entire family could enjoy in the Western Dordogne region of France.
The married couple said they were joining forces with Mark's mum to buy the property, and had a total collective budget of £230,000. For the money they wanted somewhere with plenty of space.

Laura had five potential homes to show them, but things did not get off to a great start.
Up first was a four-bedroom house in La Négrerie. It had almost an acre of land, as well as its own swimming pool, and was on the market for just over £204,000. But Mark and Janine were not impressed, and Janine said it was "just a box".
Luckily things improved as the show unfolded, with Janine smitten on property number four. The three-bedroom house in Saint-Géraud-de-Corps had an asking price of just over £200,000.
It had its own swimming pool, patio and lounging area to the front, as well as a garden and a large garage. Janine liked it so much, in fact, that when it came to the fifth and final property she didn't even want to entertain it.
Laura asked: "Isn't it at least worth a chance?" but Janine refused. She said: "I don't want to like it, I like the previous property". Mark added that he knew number four had "swayed her" and said the closeness of the main road was off-putting.
