Ben Hillman had the fright of his life from a loud bang as he entered a property on today's A Place in the Sun.
Lian and Dave were helped by property expert Ben as they searched for a holiday home in Spain's Almeria Province. The couple had a budget of £100,000 to find their own slice of paradise.
The couple would also be taking their teenage son, Dominic, to live with them so asked for a minimum of three bedrooms. They also wanted access to a pool and two bathrooms, with a modern and open plan look.

Dave admitted: "We're probably asking a lot." Lian added: "Yeah but we're realistic, we're open to compromise."
The first home shown was a three-bedroom character townhouse. Entering the property, Ben looked out the window as he said: "I think there was a flash of lightning then when we come in." A loud bang then erupted outside of the house as the thunder hit.
Ben jumped out of his skin as he said: "Oooo! We just escaped that one didn't we. And we remained dry, just in the nick of time."
The dark and stormy weather set the tone for the first viewing as looking around the living area, Lian said: "I like it but I don't love it." The couple remained unimpressed as they walked around the home, saying that most of the rooms were too small.
