Two potential buyers on A Place in the Sun were left "speechless" after viewing a £115,000 apartment.
This week's final instalment of the Channel 4 property hunting programme saw Mo and Anthony looking for a holiday home in Torremolinos on Spain's Costa del Sol. The couple, from London, were joined by property expert Laura Hamilton.
With a budget of £130,000, they were hoping for somewhere with a sea view and enough space to both be able to work remotely without being "on top of each other".

Property number one was quickly ruled out after not having enough space. The second home, a one-bedroom apartment with a communal pool, on the market for just under £130,000, was sadly too "noisy".
Third up was a one-bedroom apartment in La Colina, on the market for just over £115,000. It had a monthly service charge of £235 a month, but this included a 24-hour concierge, water and electricity.
The fourth floor corner apartment had a wrap-around balcony and great sea views, as well as a large and light open plan living space.
Entering the apartment, both Mo and Anthony admitted they were "speechless". They were extremely happy with its layout and spaciousness, and said they could both live and work from there.
Afterwards, Anthony told Laura: "You've taken our breaths away". Mo added: "We were getting a bit concerned [after the first two properties] but you've nailed it".
Properties four and five didn't wow the pair, but they needed to "really think" about their only contender, as the high service charge was a concern. After taking a night to sleep on it, they placed an offer of £111,000.
The vendor made a counter offer of £114,000, which Mo and Anthony agreed to, and purchased their holiday home.
