A Place in the Sun host Jean Johansson had her work cut out as she failed to impress potential buyers Elaine and Nick during Monday's episode.
The week's first instalment of the Channel 4 show saw the presenter joined by Elaine and Nick in Puerto de Mazarron, Spain. The married couple were looking for a holiday home, with a budget of £80,000.
The pair wanted a two-bedroom apartment with a swimming pool, parking and a bath in the bathroom. But Jean was off to a bad start, as Elaine and Nick shut down her first property without even looking at the bedrooms.

The apartment had two bedrooms and was 10 minutes from the town centre. It had a shared swimming pool and stunning views, in line with the house hunters' wishes.
A terrace outside the front door backed onto the building's stairs, though, with Elaine saying she'd rather it was alongside the lounge. Jean said: "Maybe the price might help, it's on the market at £76,000".
The pair then agreed to look inside. As Jean showed them the living space, she said: "Dining and living with a view".
While they admitted they loved the view, Nick said: "The kitchen is a bit... compact". Elaine said: "We're going to be staying here for three months at a time, I need more room to cook".
Before the pair had seen any more, they quickly dismissed the home. Jean asked: "Is this kitchen going to be a deal-breaker?" Elaine said: "It's not for us". And the three left without having seen either of the bedrooms.
After viewing more properties in the area, more were ruled out, though a couple were "contenders". But after thinking it over, Nick and Elaine decided to think about their options some more and left without making any offers.
