A buyer on A Place in the Sun was left in tears after securing a dream home during Thursday's episode.
The Channel 4 programme was back for its latest instalment, with property expert Jean Johansson on hand to assist Rick and Inge in their search for a dream holiday home. The married couple wanted a detached villa in Tala, Western Cyprus.
With a budget of £260,000 the two wanted somewhere with plenty of space for some cats they would hopefully adopt, and a "man cave" for Rick.

Jean was off to a great start, as the first property wowed Inge and Rick. The three-bedroom villa had a pool and patio, as well as an artist’s studio as well as a bathroom.
On the market at just under £263,000, it was deemed an immediate contender. Things only got better for Jean, as properties two, three and four were also to the couple's liking.
But the final home was even better. The three-bed bungalow in Agios Georgios was valued at £281,818. It had a patio that wrapped around the whole home, with a spacious garden and a roof terrace with sea views.
Rick and Inge decided they'd like to put an offer in, though just shy of £10,000 under the asking price at £272,000. After receiving a call from the vendor, Jean looked concerned.
She said: "Okay, I have some information for you. The offer... has been accepted". On hearing this, Rick, who described the villa as a "life's ambition" burst into tears.
Jean said: "Congratulations, you two have been such great company. I wish you the best of luck".
