CHANDIGARH: Under the direction of Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC), the UT administration has started the process of determining category and voltage-wise cost of power supply.
In its previous order, JERC had directed the UT electricity department to submit details of category/voltage wise cost of power supply. There are total eight categories of consumers in Chandigarh, including domestic, commercial, industrial, and electric vehicle charging stations.
