Chance to own beach front pub The Ship Hotel in New Brighton

The opportunity has arisen to buy a "great little pub" on Wirral's waterfront.

The Ship Hotel has been listed for sale and it's ready to be handed over with a pub manager already running the business. The public house, on Victoria Parade, is just a few metres from New Brighton beach and all that Marine Promenade has to offer.

With a long term tenant on site, the new buyer would be acquiring a property but also a business investment. After being listed for sale on Rightmove with Karl Tatler, the Ship Hotel has recently been reduced to £220,000.
