The draw for the UEFA Champions League last-16 takes place later today, with both Chelsea and Tottenham set to learn their fate.
Both sides finished top of their respective groups, with fellow English side Manchester City also set to receive a seeding for the draw. Liverpool were the only Premier League team to miss out, after finishing second in Group A.
With 32 teams left remaining, Pep Guardiola's men are still the favorites to win the competition, with French powerhouses PSG shortly behind. Proceedings are scheduled to get underway at 11:00 AM GMT. For US viewers, the draw will start at 05:00 CET. The draw will be broadcast via a live stream on UEFA’s website.
