Three-times Supercars champion driver Shane van Gisbergen has agreed a multi-year deal to remain behind the wheel for Triple Eight Race Engineering.
The New Zealander, twice winner of the Bathurst 1000, joined Triple Eight - who are branded as Red Bull Ampol Racing - at the start of 2016, the same year he won his first drivers' championship.
He added further titles in 2021 and 2022 and will be on the starting grid alongside teammate Broc Feeney at the Perth SuperSprint, which takes place April 28-30.
"Extending ... was a no-brainer for me," Van Gisbergen said in a statement.
"It's certainly exciting to continue with the best team in the pit lane. I'm stoked to be able to stay.
"Triple Eight is a cool place to be a part of and I'm looking forward to the future."
Team principal Jamie Whincup was delighted the 33-year-old will continue to pilot his Chevrolet Camaro for Triple Eight.
"It's a huge honour that Shane has chosen us to continue that relationship," Whincup said in a statement.
"We will of course continue to invest in him, his support crew, engineering and mechanics, to give him the best equipment to remain competitive in the sport.
"We as a team need the best drivers in the country to showcase our skills."
